Chiropractic with on-site e-ray
We provide safe, effective spinal corrections to help you overcome aches, pains, numbness, stiffness, auto and sports injuries, work injuries and arthritis. Chiropractic treatments may also include acupressure (no needles here—just massage-like pressure), traction, trigger point therapy, soft tissue therapy, light therapy and other pain management modalities including application of heat or ice.

Massage
At times a massage may be in order to help improve circulation and reduce stress. We provide 30- and 60-minute massages of various types, including sports, deep tissue, and pregnancy massages.
Nutritional / Lifestyle Counseling
Chiropractic treatments work best in an environment of optimum nutrition and reduced stress. That’s why Dr. Remeta provides special nutritional and lifestyle counseling. She can recommend various supplements to aid in your treatment and recovery.
Customized stretches and exercises
As a patient of Dr. Remeta, you can expect to receive some training during your chiropractic appointment to help you manage your pain and maintain your health at home. This usually includes stretches and an exercise “prescription” that are designed to maximize the benefits of your chiropractic treatment.
